Digitran Drilling Simulator:

In an effort to acquire and make use of the latest and most advanced technology in the world, the department has purchased an Advanced Drilling Simulator (ADS 9800) from Digitran. This simulator is the world's most fully interactive, computerized rig floor simulator specifically designed to train petroleum engineering students and drilling personnel. This simulator has played a key role in improving most aspects of our students drilling and well controls skills. This drilling simulator has been consistently used to teach two drilling courses: PE 467 and PE 469.
